The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held a brainstorming session to develop services and improve performance efficiency with the participation of representatives of real estate development companies, real estate offices, real estate brokers and a number of officials and employees in the Department.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, stressed the importance of monitoring the opinions of customers and benefiting from their ideas and comments, noting that the brainstorming session witnessed the discussion of a number of proposals that would help developing work mechanisms, raise the quality of services and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department’s institutional performance to keep pace with the accelerating pace of the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman.

Al Muhairi explained that the Department continuously seeks to meet the needs of customers and provide them with an exceptional experience by reducing the time required to complete transactions and providing integrated and innovative service packages based on digital methods that ensure the highest level of quality, speed and privacy.

He added that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has succeeded, in cooperation with its strategic partners, in creating various service packages, most notably “Own in Ajman”, which is a proactive service package through which the time required to request all services has been reduced from 5 days to just 10 minutes, in addition to reducing the number of visits to service centers from 4 visits to one visit.
