The monthly real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation revealed the stability of the real estate market performance in the Emirate of Ajman, where the department recorded 675 real estate dispositions during April, with a total value of 728 million AED, while the total trading volume was estimated at 512 million AED. Moreover, “Al Raqayeb 2” District witnessed the highest sales value of 40 million AED.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that Ajman real estate market has maintained its attractiveness in the investor community taking into consideration the multiple attractions that distinct the emirate, especially the advanced infrastructure, prominent geographical location and modern real estate projects that meet the various needs and requirements of investors.
