His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, affirmed that the modern practices and innovative methods adopted by the department have contributed significantly to anticipating the future of the real estate sector in the emirate and drawing up a clear and ambitious road map that reflects the prestigious global position that Ajman enjoys thanks to its diverse and enormous components and infrastructure, its advanced infrastructure and integrated digital system, as well as its promising strategy, that has strengthened its role as a major player in defining the features of the future of the sustainable real estate sector in the region.
