Ajman Lands issues a decision to form a committee for the owners of Al Nuaimiya Towers
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman issued a decision to form the “Al Nuaimiya Towers Owners Committee” in accordance with Law No. 3 of 2020 regarding the regulation of owners’ affairs in the Emirate of Ajman.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that this decision comes within the framework of the Department’s endeavor to organize the work of owners’ committees in sub-real estates and enable them to perform their tasks in a manner that ensures the provision of the finest services to the occupants of real estate units. He stressed that the directives and orders of the wise leadership are clear regarding the necessity of making community members happy and providing the best levels of luxury and comfort to the residents by creating modern model housing complexes across the various regions of the Emirate of Ajman.
According to this decision, the Owners Committee of “Al Nuaimiya Towers” was assigned with the tasks of contracting with the management company on which the tender was awarded and verifying that it managed, operated, maintained and repaired the common parts in accordance with the building management system, as well as reviewing the annual budgets prepared for the maintenance of the sub-real estates and making recommendations thereon, in addition to receiving comments and suggestions and respond to them in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Articles.
