Ownership Package in Ajman
Package Description
Creating a point of contact between the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and all entities that customers may need to approach after registering a property. These entities include: Etihad Water and Electricity for updating the owner’s name; Ajman Sewerage for collecting any outstanding fees on the property prior to its sale and ensuring the new owner’s name is updated; Etisalat to provide customers with exclusive offers and value-added benefits; the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to facilitate the issuance of the Golden Visa; the Municipality and Planning Department to ensure the collection of building violations and update the owner’s name in the Ejari system; and the Security Services Support Establishment to ensure quality of life in the industrial and commercial sectors by updating owners’ information to enhance communication in emergency cases. This will be achieved by sending notifications with customer data to all concerned entities, enabling them to receive the request directed through the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation’s system and proceed with its execution

Proactive Licensing Package
Package Description
The Department participates as a strategic partner in the Proactive Licensing Package, which aims to streamline the journey of customers seeking to engage in real estate activities by providing an integrated licensing service. The process starts with reserving the trade name, followed by obtaining the required approvals from relevant authorities, and concludes with the issuance of the license, registration certificate, and real estate activity card. The transaction is processed electronically through integration between the Department of Economic Development and the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, ensuring that all procedures are completed within a unified system without the need for the customer to visit multiple entities. This enhances the customer experience while saving time and effort.
