Extension of the Completion Period of a Real Estate Project (main / sub)

This service allows the developer to request an extension of the completion period for the main or sub real estate project in the Real Estate Projects Registry with the department in the event of exceptional circumstances that cause delays in the project's execution. The developer will be granted an additional period to complete the project based on the updated timeline and the department’s approval.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick Appendix to the contract agreement between the developer and the contractor/consultant (in case there is a change in the contract)
  • Tick Updated building license (in case of renewal)
  • Tick An updated time program for the project and the financial flow of the project prepared by the contractor and approved by the consultant for the additional implementation period (Primavera electronic copy) and an original certified copy

  • Tick Issuing a project completion extension certificate
