Extension of the Completion Period of a Real Estate Project (main / sub)
This service allows the developer to request an extension of the completion period for the main or sub real estate project in the Real Estate Projects Registry with the department in the event of exceptional circumstances that cause delays in the project's execution. The developer will be granted an additional period to complete the project based on the updated timeline and the department’s approval.
