Issuance of an engineering report in cooperation with an expert: It is a service for the issuance of an engineering report relevant to the real estate projects in cooperation with an external expert - that require special expertise i.e.: (quantity survey - approval of completion percentage of infrastructure, ...etc.). Issuance of an engineering report of a real estate project: It is a request for an engineering report to be internally prepared by the Department for a real estate project calculating the percentage of completion of the project. Issuance of an engineering report of a real estate unit: - It is a request for an engineering report to be internally prepared by the Department calculating the net area of the real estate unit.
