Real Estate Advertisement Permission / Real Estate Advertisements Plan
This service allows the licensed real estate developers and the real estate offices or the real estate owner to avail a permission to promote their real estates that include contractual benefits during the promotion period - whereas a transactor may avail the following permissions: 1. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement for sale in a real estate project (complete building) 2. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement of real estate units for sale by any means (apartments and villas) 3. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement of vacant lands for sale by any means (for each plot) 4. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement of real estate units for rent by any means (apartments and villas) 5. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement for the purposes of renting buildings by any means (complete building)

- Initial approval for promotion and advertising permit for leasing an entire building – AED 100 (valid for 3 months).

- Initial approval for promotion and advertising permit for selling a vacant land plot, building, or facility – AED 20 (valid for 3 months).

- Initial approval for promotion and advertising permit for selling in a real estate development project or master plan – AED 500 (valid for 3 months).

- Initial approval for promotion and advertising permit for leasing a property unit (apartments, villas, warehouses, shops, labor accommodations) – AED 10 (valid for 3 months).
