Real Estate Advertisement Permission / Real Estate Advertisements Plan

This service allows the licensed real estate developers and the real estate offices or the real estate owner to avail a permission to promote their real estates that include contractual benefits during the promotion period - whereas a transactor may avail the following permissions: 1. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement for sale in a real estate project (complete building) 2. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement of real estate units for sale by any means (apartments and villas) 3. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement of vacant lands for sale by any means (for each plot) 4. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement of real estate units for rent by any means (apartments and villas) 5. A preliminary approval for promotion and advertisement for the purposes of renting buildings by any means (complete building)

  • Tick There is no objection from the property owner to promoting and advertising or his legalized agency
  • Tick Advertising content image (if available)

  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • Tick payment of fees
  • Tick Final approval of the application by the concerned section in Ajman Department

  • Tick AED100.00 advertisement fees for sale of vacant plot (for each plot) / for two months
  • Tick AED500.00 advertisement fees for sale in a real estate project / for two months
