Renewal Of Registration Certificate (Complementary)

It is the process of renewing a main or branch real estate developer registration certificate in the real estate developers register or the renewal of the real estate office registration certificate registered in the Department

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick A copy of the commercial license issued by the Department of Economic Development (in force).
  • Tick The founding contract of the company and the latest amendment annexes (if any).
  • Tick A copy of a passport for partners and Emirates ID. A passport copy for partners and Emirates ID
  • Tick A letter from the real estate developer requesting renewal (sub/main)
  • Tick undertaking to register a real estate developer
  • Tick Detection update contact data
  • Tick Real estate project registration certificate

  • Tick For real estate offices: AED100.00 real estate activity practice card
  • Tick For real estate offices: AED2,100.00 fees for training course inclusive of taxes
  • Tick For real estate offices: AED2,650.00 fees for specialized training course
  • Tick For real estate offices: Fees for real estate activities; Found in the Royal Decree no.: 17 of 2017 regarding the services fees and the fines applicable at the Lands Department and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman
