Registration Of The Cancellation Of The Grant (Complementary)

It is the process of cancelling or modifying the grant/gift based on the request of the Grantor by virtue of the letter issued from the Legal Court.

  • Tick a valid passport for non-resident foreigners

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department, Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.
