Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick Evaluation letter by official entities . Property completion certificate approved by the consultant Annual income statement Proof of the identity of individuals or their legal representatives Disclosure of maintenance fees. (Owners Association/Developer) in the event of evaluating a real estate units

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick An official letter requesting evaluation with details of the land Annual income statement Proof of the identity of the parties or their legal representativ

 

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick A letter requesting evaluation from the government entity
