Registration Of Amendment Of Mortgage(Complementary)"

This service allows applying for mortgage amendment (increase mortgage amount/ increase mortgage period any other modification on mortgage) for a property in favor of the financing entity in order to guarantee the rights entailed on the property.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID
  • Tick Approval letter from the mortgage authorities.

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID
  • Tick Approval letter from the mortgage authorities.

 

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • Tick Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • Tick Payment of fees
  • Tick Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service Fees

  • Tick 0.5% of the mortgage value as a registration fee for registering a mortgage on the property or real estate unit, with a minimum fee of AED 1,000.
  • Tick AED 500 registration fee for amending the mortgage by extending the mortgage period for the property or real estate unit.
  • Tick "AED 350 – Issuance fee for the title deed / ownership certificate / initial registration certificate."
  • Tick "AED 1,000 – Fee for registering a mortgage data amendment for a property or property unit, excluding value and duration."
