Authentication of the process of transferring a mortgage from a property to another property or from a real estate unit to another real estate unit. or transferring from the owner of the mortgage to one of its first degree relatives

Required Documents

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate.
  • Tick Letter from the mortgage authority of approval.
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.

 

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick Original title deed or ownership certificate
  • Tick Letter from the mortgage authority of approval.
  • Tick Proof of identity (ID / passport).
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick Original title deed or ownership certificate
  • Tick Letter from the mortgage authority of approval.
  • Tick Proof of identity (ID / passport).
  • Tick The founding contract of the company
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.
