Tentative Registration Of Sale Of A Real Estate Unit

This service allows to register sale of a real estate unit "with incomplete payments" located in Real estate development projects.

  • Tick No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units.
  • Tick copy of unit sale contract

 

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick No objection certificate issued by the real estate developer
  • Tick Passport copy for Non-Residents
  • Tick copy of unit sale contract

  • Tick A valid commercial license and company incorporation contract
  • Tick No objection certificate issued by the real estate developer
