Registration Of A New Real Estate

It is the authentication and registration of a new real estate in the records of the Department after the issuance of Ownership Memorandum from the Municipal and Planning Department. An ownership title is thereafter issued based on the Ownership Memorandum.

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick "Property registration letter or a new site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department."

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick "Property registration letter or a new site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department."
  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

 

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick "Property registration letter or a new site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department."

Service Steps

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick Collection of the title deed/ownership certificate during official working hours from the department's headquarters. Since the ownership is certified by His Highness the Ruler for first-time registered properties, collection is required from the department's premises
