Registration Of Charity / Descendant Endowment
It is the process of endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit for charity work based on the request of the owner by virtue of an order from the legal court or the endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit from the name of the owner to the descendants by order of a court.

Procedures
Service Steps
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department, Fees Payment
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from the Department. Downloading the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.
Fees
Service Fees
- AED 1,000 as fees for the registration of the family endowment.
- AED 350 fees for issuing of title deed and site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
