Registration Of Lease Ending With Ownership

This service allows customers to apply to register a tenancy contract ending with acquisition with that the property or a (completed) real estate unit will be transferred from the name of the owner to the name of the bank, and the real estate shall be transferred after the expiry of the lease period to the beneficiary.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID
  • Tick A letter from the bank registering the real estate or real estate unit with leasing and the leasing contract concluded between the parties.

  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the Customer Happiness Center
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service Fees

  • Tick 2% of the lease contract value, payable by the lease beneficiary (UAE nationals and GCC citizens), with a minimum fee of AED 2,500.
  • Tick 3% of the lease contract value, payable by the lease beneficiary (non-UAE and non-GCC citizens), with a minimum fee of AED 3,000, plus applicable ownership transfer fees for non-citizens.
  • Tick AED 350 Fee for issuing the title deed / ownership certificate / initial registration certificate.
