Service Fees
  • Tick 0.125% in the event the value of the real estate or real estate unit is higher than AED 1,600,000 with a minimum limit of AED 2,000 to be borne by the grantee, for citizens and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and for non-citizens, the ownership fees shall be added, if hadn't been previously paid
  • Tick AED 350 as fees for the issuance of a title deed and a site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit
