Registration Of Amendment of A Long Term Lease (Complementary)
It is the amendment of a contract under which the lessor the owner of a real estate or a real estate unit gives ownership of a specific benefit to the lessee for a period of not less than 8 Gregorian years.

For Individuals: The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit, A long-term rental contract legally modified by a law firm and certified by the court.

For Businesses: The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, A long-term rental contract legally modified by a law firm and certified by the court, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
