Registration Of A Long Term Lease
It is a contract under which the lessor the owner of a real estate or a real estate unit gives ownership of a specific benefit to the lessee for a period of not less than 8 Gregorian years.

For Individuals: The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, A long-term lease contract legalized by a law firm and certified by the court, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

For Businesses: The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, A long-term lease contract legalized by a law firm and certified by the court, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract

Fees Payment

Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
Service Fees

2% of the annual lease allowance and with a minimum of AED 20,000

AED 350 fees for issuing of the ownership certificate or title deed

AED 350 issuance of a long term lease certificate
