  • Tick For Individuals: The evaluation letter issued by the official authority and others, A recent copy of the site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department, A copy of the engineering maps in case the building is under construction, Statement of annual income, Legally proving the identity of individuals or their representatives (for non-residents), A list of maintenance fees (owner / developer association) in case a real estate unit is located
  • Tick For Businesses: Official letter requesting the evaluation with the details of the land, A recent copy of the site plan issued by the Municipality and Planning Department, Statement of annual income, Proof of the identity of the parties or his legal representative (for non-residents), Official letter requesting the evaluation with the details of the land
