Modify Project Data (Complementary)

Modification of information of a main or sub real estate project:

– It is a service allowing the real estate developer to modify the engineering details of a main or sub real estate project or investment building in the register of the real estate projects at the Department.

Extension of duration of a main real estate project:

-It is a service allowing the real estate developer to extend the duration of a main real estate project after 5 years in the register of the real estate projects at the Department.

Extension of completion duration of a Sub real estate project:

– It is a service allowing the real estate developer to extend the duration of a Sub real estate project after the expiry of the validity of the building license issued from the Municipal Department and Planning in the register of the real estate projects at the Department

Service required documents
  • Tick A letter from the developer stating the type required
  • Tick An updated timeline for the project
  • Tick Appendix to the contracting agreement between the real estate developer, the contractor and the consultant
  • Tick A notification letter from the developer addressed to the concerned parties (to amend / extend the data of a real estate project)
  • Tick A copy of no objection certificate to those who are concerned
