Renewal Of Registration Certificate (Complementary)

It is the process of renewing a main or branch real estate developer registration certificate in the real estate developers register or the renewal of the real estate office registration certificate registered in the Department

Service required documents
  • Tick Real estate developer registration certificate (main / sub) (original)
  • Tick A copy of the commercial license issued by the Department of Economic Development (in force)
  • Tick The founding contract of the company and the latest amendment annexes (if any)
  • Tick Authorization letter from the company’s Board of Directors authorized to sign
  • Tick A copy of the title deed of the land (freehold ownership) or the contract signed with the main developer
  • Tick Sign a pledge to take legal responsibility for the real estate developer’s transactions
  • Tick Message no objection from the main developer
  • Tick A copy of a passport for partners and Emirates ID
