Tentative Registration of Sale of a Real Estate Unit

Authenticating the process of sale of a real estate located in the free ownership projects with incomplete payments and without engineering plans.

Service required documents
  • Tick For Individuals: Provide a copy of the owner's ID copy registered in the NOC and the sale contract issued by the developer (for non-residents) /
  • Tick For Individuals: No pre-registration form, stamped with developer seal and delegate signature
  • Tick For Individuals: Proof of personal presence of the owner or his representative legally (for non-residents)
  • Tick For Businesses: A valid commercial license and company incorporation contract
  • Tick For Businesses: Provide a copy of the owner's ID copy registered in the NOC and the sale contract issued by the developer (for non-residents)
  • Tick For Businesses: No pre-registration form, stamped with developer seal and delegate signature
  • Tick For Government Agencies: Provide a copy of the owner's ID copy registered in the NOC and the sale contract issued by the developer (for non-residents)
