Department of Owners’ committee affairs at Land and Real Estate Regulation held specialized workshop on the preparation mechanism of annual budgets, in the presence of the representatives of sub-real estate management companies and many officials and employees of the Department.

Saeed Al Matrooshi, Director of Real Estate Projects Department, Said that the workshop aimed at enhancing the management companies’ efficiency, raising financial awareness among participants and providing them with scientific and practical basis for the preparation of annual budgets through focusing on accurate estimation methods of revenues and expenses, analyzing financial gaps, setting factual plans aligned with the Department’s strategic objectives and the rules of regulating owners committee affairs in Ajman.

The workshop included a detailed illustration about monitoring and auditing methods and the mechanism of preparing budgets. It also discussed the importance of adopting innovation and following modern work practices that enhance trust among all stakeholders and ensure accuracy and transparency, being two key pillars of successful corporate governance.
