Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, God Bless Him, the second “Ajman Real-Estate Investment Exhibition” launches in the Emirates Hospitality Center, and lasts till 22 February, with the participation of the leading real estate developers and real estate offices as well as the largest banks and national banks, and in the presence of elite senior officials, decision makers, experts and specialists in the real estate field.

His excellency, Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, General Director of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation-Ajman, confirmed that after the success achieved in the first Ajman Real-Estate Investment Exhibition, His Highness Ammar bin Hamid Al Nuaimi Crown Prince of Ajman, President of the Executive Council, directed to arrange this exhibition annually, making it a periodic exhibition and effective event within the activity agenda of the Emirate of Ajman, due to its positive reflections and impacts in the real-estate market of Ajman, particularly in the promotional aspect aiming at encouraging the investments in the Emirate, supporting investors and businessmen in the establishment of their real-estate business and projects.

The General Director of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that the exhibition’s agenda includes rich axes provided by elite real estate experts and specialists about the future of the real estate sector and infrastructure in the Emirate of Ajman as well as the organization and competitiveness of real estate in the era of variables and other dialogue sessions in the field of investment, real estate development and facilities management in the new world.

He added that the first day of the exhibition will start with a session presented by His Excellency Judge Yaqeen Abdullah Al-Hammadi on “Legal Protection of the Buyer on the Map” and another session entitled “Ajman Dar Al-Aman” presented by the Civil Police – Ajman. The third session will be on “Golden Residence for Real Estate Investors” shall be presented by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security.

Al Muhairi indicated that real-estate developers participated in the Ajman Real-Estate Investment Exhibition are: Al-Zorah Properties”, “Al-Rasikhoon Real-Estate Company”, “Emirates Properties”, “GJ Properties”, “Silver Gate”, and “Salsabeel for real estate”. He invited all interested parties to visit the exhibition and to identify the promising investment opportunities and avail the discussions and the rich and meaningful sessions.
