AED 2.06 billion In Real estate Transactions in Ajman During March 2025
The value of real estate transactions in Ajman during March reached AED 2.06 billion, a significant increase of more than 41% compared to the same period in 2024.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that March witnessed the registration of 1,025 real estate transactions, while the trading volume during the same period reached AED 1.03 billion. He noted that the highest transaction value was recorded in the Al Helio 1 area, at AED 43 million.
He explained that the Emirate’s real estate market has maintained its upward trend and continues to set record numbers, reflecting the quality of the real estate investment environment and confirming the extent of investor interest and appetite for investment in the emirate, given the competitive prices, integrated services, and advanced infrastructure.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation added that March witnessed the registration of 156 mortgage transactions, with a total value of AED 299 million. The highest mortgage value, AED 40 million, was recorded in Al Nuaimiya 3.
“Al Helio 2” topped the list of most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Yasmeen”. “Ajman One” also topped the list of most traded major projects, ahead of “Emirates City” and “City Towers”.
