H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the number of real estate transactions during September reached 1,277 real estate transactions with a total value of 1.95 billion dirhmas, while the trading volume exceeded 1.4 billion dirhams of the total of 1,033 trading transactions.

He stated that real estate transactions in Ajman recorded a growth of 21.8% compared to the same period in 2023, according to the statistics contained in the real estate report issued by the Department, explaining that the “Rumaila 3” district witnessed the highest sales value of 100 million dirhams.

He confirmed that Ajman’s real estate market is a flexible market and has a variety of investment options, especially with the high competitiveness and quality of real estate that enables investors to make their decisions easily according to their requirements and needs.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation indicated that the Department recorded 191 mortgage transactions with a total value of more than 463.6 million dirhams and an increase of 4.4%, while the highest mortgage value was recorded in “Al Nakheel” of 55 million dirhams.

The “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most actively traded major projects, ahead of “Ajman One” and “Madina Towers” projects. While, “Al Helio 2” went on top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Yasmeen” and “Al Zahia”.
