Real Estate Assessments of 729.5 million dirhams in Ajman during May 2024

Statistics mentioned in the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed that the number of real estate assessment transactions during last May reached 169 transactions, with a total value exceeding 729.5 million dirhams.

Ahmed Khalfan, Director of Real Estate Registration of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the assessments covered commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties, while commercial properties gained the largest share of the total value of assessment at 437.2 million dirhams, with a remarkable growth of 197% compared to last April, ahead of industrial properties, whose total value amounted to 148.45 million dirhams.

Director of Real Estate Registration indicated that May report included personal assessment transactions, courts and institutions assessment, as well as the assessment of long-term golden residencies for investors, which reached 142 transactions, with a total value exceeded 334 million dirhams, an increase of 33% compared to last April.
