The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman signed a memorandum of understanding with the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legals, with the aim of enhancing cooperation efforts and effective contribution to achieving the UAE’s vision in areas related to serving citizens and jurists with regard to spreading legal and legal awareness for all, activating joint work to improve performance, simplify procedures and develop services provided to the two parties.

The memorandum was signed in the presence of Mr. Nasser Al-Marzouki, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Dr. Mohammad Butti Al-Shamsi, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legals.

Nasser Al-Marzouqi confirmed that the signing of this memorandum comes as an extension of the Department’s commitment to building partnerships and strategic agreements that support the Department’s direction and enhance its endeavours to preserve the rights of owners and traders and contribute effectively to increasing legal awareness among workers and dealers alike, due to its priority and utmost importance in the Department’s plans and initiatives, aiming at improving the performance of the real estate market in Ajman and enhancing the emirate’s position as a safe and attractive destination for investors.

In turn, Dr. Mohammad Butti Al-Shamsi expressed his pride in signing the Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, which comes within the vision of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legals and its efforts aimed at strengthening partnership with various institutions in the UAE, and positive participation in the process of developing and upgrading legal work in line with the federal and local strategic plan. He also stressed the importance of integrating the two parties’ initiatives and their strategic programs to achieve common goals in terms of developing national human resources.
