Stemming from the vision of Ajman government and by way of acting upon the directives of HH Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and with a close follow-up from HH Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, Ajman, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is taking part in the platform of the UAE Innovation Week with a number of innovative and unique initiatives and events that shall enhance the principle of innovation in all the community real estate projects. A “real estate innovation” contest shall be launched in cooperation with the Department’s strategic partners so as to involve the community in proposing innovative solutions for the real estate sector challenges.

Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Director of the Chairman’s Office, declared that during the month of innovation, the platform of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation shall be full of events provided by the Department work team, during which the community shall be introduced to the most prominent innovative projects hosted by the Department including the real estate map, real estate calculator and electronic portal of the real estate offices, in addition to the project of real estate classification, which is the first of its kind at an international level.

On the margin of the innovation week, a number of workshops and meetings shall be held with a number of real estate brokers office and real estate developers to lay down innovative studies and solutions to boost the real estate market in the Emirate and that shall make Ajman the best investment destination.
