The activities of the first edition of Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, organized by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a member of the UAE Supreme Council and the Ruler of Ajman, were closed yesterday.

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said that Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition witnessed the conclusion of 75 real estate deals with a total of 44.2 million dirhams, and that 1,356 visitors were received over the three days of the exhibition.

Al Muhairi stated that the exhibition hosted prominent figures and real estate experts who delivered various roundtables and workshops focused on sustainability in real estate projects, optimal planning for real estate investment opportunities, real estate asset management, as well as the circular economy, the future of real estate in the Metaverse, crisis management in residential towers, and other topics related to real estate.

He added that the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation organized, alongside the exhibition, a field trip to real estate projects, in which visitors and investors participated to identify the most prominent investment opportunities, and to see completion rates and the level of infrastructure development in the Emirate of Ajman.

He also indicated that 12 real estate investment projects were presented by “GJ Real Estate”, “R Holding”, “Al Rasikhoon Real Estate”, “Salsabeel Real Estate”, “Al Janahi Real Estate Center” and “Hadramout Real Estate”. The deals varied between villas, apartments and plots of land, which made it easier for investors to make their investment decisions according to their needs and aspirations.

H.E. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi praised the efforts of the organizing committee, appreciating the role of partners, sponsors and all exhibitors and their fruitful cooperation and contribution toward the success of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition and the achievement of its objectives aimed at highlighting the huge investment potentials of the Emirate of Ajman, its promising projects and the various investment opportunities it offers to investors.
