His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, issued Emiri Resolution No. (9) of 2025 regarding service fees, violations, and fines applied by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in the emirate. This decision falls within the framework of the Ajman government’s keenness to develop the legislative environment for the real estate sector and enhancing its efficiency to keep pace with the emirate’s economic and regulatory growth.

The resolution is part of a series of initiatives launched by the Ajman government in recent years to regulate the real estate market, based on a set of local legislation.

Under the resolution, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation will collect the specified fees, detect and record violations, and collect the specified fine, without prejudice to any more severe penalty stipulated in any other legislation, and any text or provision contained in any other legislation is repealed to the extent that it conflicts with the provisions of this resolution.

The decision shall be effective after (60) days from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
