His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, inaugurated this morning the third edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, organized by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation under the guidance and gracious patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman. The exhibition runs until 1 May and features participation from leading real estate development companies, real estate offices, and major national banks, along with the presence of senior officials, decision-makers, experts, and specialists in the real estate sector.

His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman affirmed that His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman (may God preserve him), has transformed Ajman into a competitive economic and investment hub thanks to his ambitious forward-looking vision and firm belief in the importance of providing an integrated business environment that supports investors and enhances their confidence in investing in the Emirate—particularly in light of the positive economic performance and sustainable growth across vital sectors, especially the real estate sector.

He added that the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition has become one of the most important real estate exhibitions in the region due to the promising investment opportunities it offers, which meet the needs of a diverse range of investors and entrepreneurs interested in the real estate field. He emphasized that Ajman has witnessed notable development in infrastructure quality and has successfully established its reputation as one of the best destinations for living and working, as well as the ideal choice for entrepreneurs and investors.

For his part, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the exhibition has successfully attracted investors and has directly contributed to increased demand for real estate, which has led to higher market activity and growth rates across various areas of the Emirate. He confirmed that, thanks to the vision of the wise leadership, Ajman has attained leadership in numerous fields and has become a modern city with an innovative and integrated service ecosystem, offering diverse investment options while focusing on quality of life and residents’ well-being.

H.E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the third edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition includes enriching panel discussions led by a distinguished group of experts and real estate specialists on topics such as successful investment in real estate development projects, real estate portfolio growth strategies, and the smart services ecosystem. It also addresses the future of real estate technology, facility management as a strategic element, real estate artificial intelligence, and other topics related to investment and real estate development. He invited all interested parties to visit the exhibition and explore the promising investment opportunities firsthand.
