The activities of Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition continued, with a wide turnout at the exhibition pavilions in the third and final day. Fireside chats  were also held in the presence of H. E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, H. E. Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi, the Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department, and H. E. Engineer Yousif Al Ali, the CEO of Etihad Water and Electricity.

The fireside chats discussed the most important factors and components that made Ajman the “Emirate of Integration” and the role of governments and real estate developers in shaping and planning cities. The closing session focused on the efforts of Etihad  Water and Electricity and its future projects in the Emirate of Ajman, as well as the obligations of the real estate developers in delivering electricity to real estate projects. Moreover, the questions of participants were answered during the session.
