The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman has signed three Memoranda of Understanding with Al Jasmi Real Estate, Ajman Real Estate Corporation and G J Real Estate Investments, with the aim of consolidating the strategic partnership, enhancing cooperation, and supporting and empowering national brokers by developing and improving the National Broker Initiative and contributing to achieving its desired goals.

The memoranda were signed by His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Mr. Nasser Al Jasmi, Director of Al Jasmi Real Estate, Mr. Ghaleb Jaber, Executive Director of Ajman Real Estate Corporation, and Mr. Ali Ghaleb, Executive Director of GJ Real Estate Investments.

Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi stressed that concluding these agreements stems from the Department’s keenness to establish the foundations of strategic cooperation with all partners from various sectors and enhance joint work in order to continuously  improve , develop and advance the performance of the real estate sector and support all those working in it.

He explained that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to empower and support national brokers in all available ways and means, appreciating the pivotal role of real estate offices in the process of integrating young Emirati competencies into the real estate market and facilitating their tasks and responsibilities, in addition to accompanying them in their professional career and consolidating their role in driving the wheel of economic development in the Emirate.

He pointed out that according to the signed memoranda of understanding, real estate offices are committed to raising the percentage of national brokers and qualifying them to fill specialized positions in the real estate field through qualitative programs and projects that are compatible with the requirements of the national broker initiative and contribute to its success and continuity.
