“Ajman Lands” signs an agreement with “Telecom Regulatory Authority” at GITEX 2022

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government – TDRA signed a service level agreement on providing digital trust platform services, enhancing the existing cooperation between them, and unifying the joint efforts between the two parties to serve the customers of all categories.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and His Excellency Eng. Majid Sultan Al Mesmar, Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and Digital Government.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that signing this agreement is a qualitative addition and a new positive step towards enhancing the quality of digital services, explaining that linking with the services of the digital trust platform that relies on blockchain technology will facilitate the process of immediate verification of the credibility of digital documents and ensuring the accuracy and speed of completion of transactions while maintaining privacy and the highest levels of information security.

For his part, His Excellency Eng. Majid Sultan Al-Mesmar, Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government, expressed his happiness at signing this agreement and joining the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in the digital trust platform, stressing the authority’s commitment to providing reliable and secure digital systems and continuing efforts to develop the foundations and pillars of digital transformation based on its responsibility as a regulatory and enabling authority for various sectors.

It is worth noting that the digital trust platform is one of the federal digital enablers that aims to achieve leadership in smart technical infrastructure and improve the smart lifestyle in the UAE.
