His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that participating in GITEX 2022 within the Ajman government pavilion is an important opportunity to introduce the public to the department’s projects and new initiatives, especially in the digital field, stressing that Ajman is making a big leap at the level of its digital infrastructure thanks to the vision of the wise leadership, and its unlimited support for all departments and institutions in order to achieve comprehensive digital transformation, raise the level of quality of government services and enhance customer satisfaction and happiness.

This came during the department’s launch of the “Ajman Mubasher” platform, which provides on a daily basis the latest information on real estate indicators in the Emirate of Ajman according to the real estate transactions and dispositions registered in the department, which enhances the transparency of the real estate market and ensures the provision of accurate and realistic information and data on the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
