The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman issued a decision to form the “Ajman One Tower Owners Committee” in accordance with Law No. 3 of 2020 regarding organization of owners’ affairs in the Emirate of Ajman.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that the Department is keen to activate the role of owners’ associations and support them in order to raise the level of services provided to the occupants and owners of real estate units and preserve their rights as stipulated in the joint ownership system and enhance the levels of comfort and luxury in various real estate complexes through Involving all owners and stakeholders in making decisions and creating an appropriate housing environment characterized by coexistence and positivity.

Under this decision, the Ajman One Tower Owners Committee was entrusted with the tasks of contracting with the management company on which the tender was awarded and verifying that it managed, operated, maintained and repaired the common parts in accordance with the building management system, as well as reviewed the annual budgets prepared for the maintenance of the sub-property and made recommendations thereon, Receive and respond to comments and suggestions in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the statute.
