In coordination and cooperation with the “Union Water and Electricity”, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held an introductory workshop to review and discuss the packages supporting real estate projects and the facilities provided by the “Union for Water and Electricity” for the category of real estate developers, attended by representatives of real estate development companies and real estate offices and a number of officials and employees in the department.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that this workshop comes within the framework of the department’s policy aimed at activating cooperation and coordination with its strategic partners to serve real estate projects in the Emirate of Ajman and to enhance the real estate sector’s benefit from the incentive packages approved by the government, especially the important support and facilities provided by the ” Union Water and Electricity” for the category of real estate developers in order to speed up the completion of projects and contribute to advancing the development wheel in this vital sector, which is witnessing increased activity and wide demand from local and international investors.

From his side, Mr. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department, praised the distinguished partnership that brings the department together with Union for Water and Electricity, which resulted in important decisions and qualitative facilities represented in reducing payments and increasing the payment period in addition other incentives that would contribute to supporting the work of real estate development companies in the Emirate of Ajman and ensuring implementation of real estate projects and handing over thereof in accordance with the specified standards and dates.
