In line with the directives of the wise leadership to meet the needs of citizens, address them, and harness all means and methods to support them and provide them with integrated services befitting their status and fulfilling their aspirations, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman organized a dialogue session attended by a number of senior citizens and employees of the Department.

During the session, the most prominent community initiatives adopted by the Department to embrace and bring happiness to senior citizens were reviewed, particularly the “You Are a Blessing” initiative, which provides exceptional free services that facilitate senior citizens in completing their transactions and enhancing their level of satisfaction.

This initiative also provides them with special privileges covering various real estate services, including property transactions, data updates, and granting them priority in all procedures, in addition to enabling them to complete transactions from their place of residence without the need to visit the Department.

The session also addressed the comprehensive real estate renaissance witnessed by the Emirate of Ajman, as well as a number of topics related to real estate affairs and government services, which have seen remarkable development thanks to the efforts of the wise leadership and its ambitious future vision.
