Ajman Lands Department discusses the criteria for evaluating the common areas management companies.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman discussed the project of classifying sub-real estate management companies in freehold projects and the draft evaluation criteria formulated by the technical committee in charge of preparing the project.

This came during the joint meeting, which was held via remote visual communication technology, in the presence of representatives of the Municipality and Planning Department, the Ajman Police General Command, the General Department of Civil Defence and the Department of Economic Development.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that the Department is looking forward to making a qualitative leap in the level of services provided by the common parts management companies and improving their performance to keep pace with the development plan sought by the Department, and meet the aspirations of the rational leadership and its aspirations to advance the real estate sector and improve the quality of projects real estate and residential complexes and to enhance the position of Ajman as a modern city that provides all means of luxury and comfort for the residents in line with the needs and aspirations of the various segments of society.

Al Muhairi explained that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to involve employees, customers and its strategic partners to develop its future plans and ensure the optimal implementation of projects and initiatives and achieve the desired goals efficiently and effectively, appreciating the recommendations and valuable opinions reached by the meeting before the final approval of evaluation criteria and the implementation of the project.
