His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, affirmed that the Department continues to adopt innovative work methods that contribute to eliminating bureaucracy and achieving greater efficiency in government services, in line with the directives of the wise leadership aimed at accelerating digital transformation and enhancing customer satisfaction.

This came as the Department announced the transformation of the “Initial/Final Registration” service into a fully digital format, as part of its participation within the Ajman Government’s platform at GITEX Global 2025. This step represents a key component of the Department’s comprehensive improvement plan, aimed at simplifying procedures and reducing transaction completion time.

Al Muhairi explained that the digital service enables real estate developers to directly input transactions through the Digital Services Portal and upload documents via the UAE Pass application, thereby enhancing integration between the Department and the real estate sector.

He pointed out that this initiative has contributed to reducing transaction completion time by 94.6%, streamlining the process from 11 steps to only 3, and eliminating all required documents by 100%. This reflects a clear direction toward full automation and the provision of faster and more transparent services, supporting Ajman Government’s objectives of building an integrated digital environment.

The participation of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation comes as part of the Ajman Government’s commitment to showcasing its latest digital initiatives within a unified platform, reflecting the Emirate’s vision of building an integrated digital ecosystem that simplifies customer experiences and enhances government efficiency.
