The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman has announced the launch of an initial booking service for training courses for real estate professionals to ensure compliance with the requirements for obtaining a real estate activity card.

Mr. Nasser Al Marzouqi, Director General of the Real Estate Regulation Department, said that the new service would enhance compliance with regulations and support professional competence, as well as enable the concerned groups to book an appointment in advance for the required qualification courses and facilitate the procedures for obtaining and renewing the real estate activity card.

He stated that real estate offices and brokers could make the initial booking through the digital services portal, “To Whom It May Concern Certificate” service, by following easy and simplified steps, noting the necessity of commitment to attend training courses due to their importance in qualifying and empowering workers in the real estate sector.
