As part of its constant endeavor to improve its services, simplify procedures and shorten the time for completing transactions, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation held a coordination meeting with Aqaar Company to discuss the mechanism of activating the electronic link between the two parties and to discuss ways to stimulate investment in the real estate market and raise the level of quality and sustainability of projects in line with the directives of wise leadership.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Department is constantly seeking to enhance levels of coordination and cooperation with its strategic partners and real estate developers in order to advance the performance of the real estate market and enhance the reputation and position of the Emirate of Ajman as one of the most growing cities in the region thanks to the policies and wise measures it has taken to maintain the levels of foreign investment flow in various vital sectors, especially the real estate sector, which has maintained its competitiveness and attractiveness.
