AED 2.3 billion in Real estate Transactions in Ajman during May 2025
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the number of real estate transactions during May reached 1,831, with a total value of AED 2.3 billion, achieving a 31% growth compared to the same period in 2024. The trading volume reached AED 1.7 billion, out of a total of 1,549 transactions.
He added that the “Al Hamidiya 1” area witnessed the highest sales value of AED 20 million, noting that 217 mortgage transactions were recorded with a total value exceeding AED 388.7 million, according to Ajman Real Estate Index statistics.
Al Muhairi explained that May witnessed exceptional activity and achieved record numbers, reflecting the direct increase in demand for various types of real estate in the Emirate and confirming the attractiveness and solidity of the real estate sector and its continued strong performance.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation pointed out that the “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most popular major projects, ahead of both “Ajman 1” and “Horizon Towers” projects, while the “Al Helio 2” neighborhood topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Helio 1” and “Al Yasmeen.”
