The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has launched Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Excellence Program, which aims to encourage and motivate the employees of the Department and its units to excellence in institutional and functional performance, and to provide the best government services, by offering awards honoring the distinguished employees in various fields of work. The Internal Excellence Awards also encourage outstanding efforts and estimate the staff in a way that ensures the continuity of motivation.

“I am always keen on supporting my team and developing their skills and enhancing their abilities. This program comes within the aspirations of the Department to raise the level of performance of its employees and improve the working mechanisms and contribute to spread awareness of the culture of excellence and transparency and make it an essential component in the work environment of the Department through the spirit of competition among employees to develop and build their capabilities and qualify them to apply best practices in the provision of services”, Abdul Aziz bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said.

The program comprises five main criteria: performance and achievement, commitment and discipline, cooperation and participation, initiative and innovation and continuing education. The program models were prepared as a basis for evaluating individuals and units, helping them to develop their performance continuously, by determining the levels of maturity in the journey of excellence, and providing certified technical reports identifying areas of improvement.
