Complementing the field visits program for real estate projects in the Emirate of Ajman, a delegation from the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, headed by H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, conducted an inspection visit to the “Princess Village” project, in the presence of representatives of Giga Property Development as the main developer of the project and a number of officials and employees in the Department. The Department’s delegation was briefed on the achievements ratios and the extent of commitment to the project implementation schedule, in addition to evaluating the quality and progress of work in the various stages of construction.
