The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 1,157 real estate transactions during the month of October, with a total value amounting to 1.75 billion dirhams, with a record growth exceeding 116% compared to the same period in the year 2022. The total volume of trades was estimated at 1.1 billion dirhams, where “Al Helio 2” witnessed recording the highest sales value for 55 million dirhams.

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the positive numbers recorded confirm that the real estate sector in Ajman continues its exceptional upward performance and reflects the regional and global position of the Emirate of Ajman on the real estate investment map and enhances the confidence of investors and entrepreneurs in the Ajman real estate market, in light of the diverse and promising investment opportunities it provides, that suits the needs of different segments of investors.

Al Muhairi pointed out that the Department recorded 164 mortgage transactions with a total value of 488 million dirhams, with the highest mortgage value recorded at 219 million dirhams in the “Al Jurf 1” area,  “Al Helio 2” neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Yasmeen” and “Al Zahia”. The “Madina Towers” project also topped the list of the most traded major projects, ahead of both the “Ajman One” and “Emirates City” projects.
