H. E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the Al Zorah area is one of the most prominent real estate investment destinations in the Emirate due to the diverse and attractive investment options it provides. It also meets the needs and desires of various categories of investors and provides them with an exceptional and unique experience. This makes it one of the most important investment areas in the UAE, thanks to its wonderful sandy beaches, natural reserves, and integrated tourist facilities.
He pointed out that the value of real estate transactions in the Al Zorah area during the first half of this year amounted to AED 402,042,000, which reflects the volume and quality of existing investments in the region. This came during his chairing a meeting to follow up and assess the progress of work in Al Zorah projects, in the presence of a number of officials and representatives of Al Zorah Development Company, as the main real estate developer in Al Zorah area. The meeting was briefed on the progress achieved and the developer company’s commitment to the implementation plan and the approved time frame for completing the projects.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation also listened to a comprehensive explanation about the new projects scheduled to be launched at the beginning of 2024, and was briefed on the stages of completion, the marketing solutions and the work methodologies followed by the company, especially those related to the future vision for developing Al Zorah sector and the huge development projects that are a qualitative addition to the real estate sector in Ajman, because of its modern facilities, advanced infrastructure, and various attractions that suit the aspirations of investors.
